Stress...

Recently, I have been dealing with a lot of stress. I am about to start my senior year in a few months and... let’s just say all I can think about is COLLEGE. I am already starting my college applications, and I have college interviews this month! Since all of top universities are super competitive, I feeling really stressed out about applying.  So to combat all of my stress I have been doing a few things to calm myself down, and I am going to show you some of things I do to RELAX!

Drink Tea: When I am feeling really stressed out, I find that drinking hot tea makes me feels much better. I often get headaches when I am stressed and tea always makes me feel more calm. My favorite types of tea is Honey Vanilla Chamomille and Green Tea
Listen to Music: I always find that music always makes me feel better. Whether it is Taylor Swift or a Christian Song, there is always a song that represents the way I feel. My current favorite artists include: Taylor Swift, Colton Dixon, For King & Country, Maroon 5, Bruno Mars and Two Door Cinema Club. 
Take a Nap: Sometimes when I am feeling overwhelmed, taking a nap can help me feel refreshed. A quick 30 minute nap helps my mind renew and it helps think more clearly about the situation that I am stressing over.
Read the Bible: When all other methods fail, sometimes the only thing to do is get a spiritual revival. The feeling of being stressed can seem overwhelming at times but a short bible verse can bring up spirits. Proverbs 3:5-6 is a verse that I always enjoy reading during my times of stress.
